nutrition month

           When we hear the word vegetables it seems not delicious. most of us especially children do not want to eat vegetables because it was bitter, do not have a good taste, the color and the texture is not good and other more things that we don't want about vegetables.
            Like me, when I was a child i don't like to eat vegetables. especially the vegetable named ampalaya and all kinds of vegetables. But as the time passes by I have notice that vegetables are good to our health and now I can say that I love vegetables.
             If we would only know the benefits of vegetables on us. There are a lot of things that can vegetable gave us. It gives nutrients to our body, it helps our mind to be more active, more vitamins, vegetables also build our bones to be stronger, it makes our eyes to be more clear, it makes our skin to be more smoother and other more benefit of it. Instead of eating fatty-foods, it is better to eat vegetables to protect ourselves from being high blood and it protects us from harmful diseases.
              We should eat vegetables day by day to make our life longer and it makes our world colorful. When we are eating vegetables we should not mind the bad taste of it, instead we should mind the benefits of it so that we will enjoy the food we are eating.
               So, all I can say is eating vegetables is good to our health and we should eat vegetables every day.
